• Product brief form: your name, email address, mobile number, and details about the product you want built.
• Call bookings: the name, email, and scheduling details you provide when booking a call with us.
• Email: anything you send to us at support@hyperspark.studio.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.

3. How we use your information

• To review your product brief and respond to you.
• To schedule and hold calls you book with us.
• To communicate about a project you engage us for.
• To keep the site secure and functioning.

We do not use your information for marketing lists unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small set of service providers to run the site:

• Formspree — processes form submissions and delivers them to us.
• Zcal — handles call scheduling.
• Vercel — hosts the website.

Each processes your data under its own privacy policy, only as needed to provide its service to us.

5. Data retention

We keep briefs and correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate or deliver a project, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Email support@hyperspark.studio and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to submitted briefs is limited to the Hyperspark team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children

Our services are intended for founders and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
