1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of hyperspark.studio, operated by Hyperspark Studio ("Hyperspark", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting a product brief, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What we do

Hyperspark is a development studio. We build websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and AI-native products for founders and businesses. Content on this site describes our services generally; it is not a binding offer. Actual engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Hyperspark covering scope, price, timeline, and deliverables.

3. Product briefs

Submitting a brief through the site does not create a contract or obligate either party. We review briefs to assess fit and may decline any project at our discretion. You are responsible for ensuring information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its design, and its content belong to Hyperspark and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work we build for clients is defined in the engagement agreement for that project — typically the client owns the deliverables on full payment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful.
  • Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through our forms.

6. Third-party services

The site uses third-party services for form handling, scheduling, and hosting. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable selection of them.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Estimates, timelines, and pricing shown on the site are indicative and subject to change until fixed in a written engagement agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperspark is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liability relating to client engagements is defined in the applicable engagement agreement.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
